MESSAGE FROM RABBI KEAN
Dear CBAJ Family,
On behalf of Congregation Beth Abraham-Jacob, I would like to wish you and your family a restful and meaningful Shabbat.
Please join me in welcoming Eitan Fine to Albany this Shabbat! Eitan moved to Albany from New Jersey for work, and this Shabbat will be his first in Albany.
I would like to thank everyone who came to the Battle of the BBQ's last Sunday. In addition to supporting the Shalom Food Pantry, a great organization that does wonderful and crucial work for the Jewish and broader community, we are so proud of our CBAJ team, "Abe and Jake's House of Barbecue" for winning first place in the competition! Congratulations to the team members, Sam Sonenberg, Bob Crystal, Rob Kasper, Jeff Dittus, and myself. Hope to see you next year!
I hope to see you soon at a tefilah, children's program, event, or class!
Am Yisrael Chai.
Shabbat Shalom, Rabbi Ben Kean
