Congregation Beth Abraham-Jacob regrets to inform you of the passing of CBAJ member and past president, Ira Woren, z''l, husband of Sheri Woren and father of Rachael Schertzer.
The funeral will take place at Temple Israel (600 New Scotland Avenue), at 1:00 pm on Sunday, February 13, followed by the internment at Congregation Beth Abraham-Jacob's cemetery, 1626 Western Avenue (approximately 1:45 pm). In-person attendance is limited to close friends and family. Masks and proof of vaccination are required. All others are invited to view the funeral service by livestream at this link.
Shiva will take place at 849 Warner Road, Niskayuna, NY, and on Zoom, through out the upcoming week. To pay a shiva call, and to see the dates and times, it is requested that you sign up on this website.
